Refund & Return Policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us that you'd like to return it, plus an additional 14 days to send it back once you've told us. As a gesture of goodwill, we also honor returns for up to 30 days after delivery.

You're welcome to try the jacket on as you would in a shop — you won't lose your right to return it for that. We may only deduct value if the item shows signs of use beyond trying it on. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase to start a return.

To start your return, contact our customer service at contact@ledurra.com. You'll need to include your order number, which you received by email at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item). All items should be returned to our warehouse address below.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice, in line with EU consumer law. Please note it can take your bank or card provider a little additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@ledurra.com.

Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery, or the carrier is unable to deliver it after multiple attempts and it isn't collected within the carrier's holding period, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, we'll deduct the actual return shipping cost charged to us by the carrier from your refund — we don't apply a fixed penalty fee. If you'd prefer to receive your order after all, contact us at contact@ledurra.com and we'll gladly arrange a new shipment; only the new shipping cost would apply.
